Yes. We have assisted multiple clients with both remote and out-of-province (or out-of-country hires). Our team operates in both Canada and the United States.

We offer a variety of fee structures that best fit our client’s needs. This can include contingent, exclusive, retained, flat rate, or hybrid.
How involved are you in the interview and offer stage?
Our level of involvement is dictated by you and your needs. Some clients prefer us to participate in final interviews as a “co-moderator”, while others prefer to conduct the final interviews without us. During the offer stage, we are directly involved with both parties to ensure that communication is clear and concise, and that both parties are negotiating in good faith to achieve a win-win.
