How do you start a new search?
Every search begins with a conversation. We’ll talk through the role, your team, and what “the right fit” looks like — from personality to pace. Once we’ve defined that success profile, we move quickly into sourcing and screening.
How long does the hiring process usually take?
It depends on the complexity of the role, but most searches reach a qualified shortlist in 2–3 weeks. You’ll get regular updates, candidate summaries, and honest feedback throughout.
Do you run confidential searches?
Yes. We manage confidential replacements and leadership transitions with complete discretion — from outreach to offer acceptance.
Can you work alongside our internal HR or Talent Acquisition team?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have internal recruiters; we act as an extension of that team, handling targeted outreach and screening so you can focus on final interviews and onboarding.
What happens if a placement doesn’t work out?
We stand behind every hire. If someone leaves within the agreed-upon guarantee period, we’ll replace the candidate at no additional cost.
Do you help with remote or out-of-province hires?
Yes — we recruit across Ontario and Canada, and can support relocation or hybrid arrangements. For international hiring, we collaborate with our partner, Integris Group.
How involved are you in the interview and offer stage?
We can be as hands-on as you’d like. Most clients lean on us for interview coordination, candidate prep and debriefs, references, and offer negotiations to help ensure a smooth close.
